Beautiful apartment on the 30th floor (view is of the empire state building, freedom tower, new yorker building and the hudson river on the right). I am currently sharing the bedroom and it is perfect for two people or one person equally.
This is a brand new building. The amenities are great and the doormen are the nicest guys in the world. I locked myself out more times than I can count at all hours and they are always more than happy to open up for me. It's one block from Title Boxing Club, Duane Reade, a liquor store, Clyde Frazier and several coffee shops. It is the perfect location.
