I'm looking for someone to take over my lease or sublet my apartment for the first 6 months of 2015. The apartment can be left furnished or unfurnished. The apartment offers all the security and comfort a family of two could possibly need to enjoy New York. It has two bedrooms, a living room, gourmet kitchen, balcony and one bathroom. There is a television in every room and wifi is available to keep you connected. All the furniture and furnishings necessary for four people are available in the apartment. One hundred yards from Whole Foods, as well as pharmacies and restaurants.
