This is a first floor apartment (but raised well above eye level from the street) with laundry in the basement. The apartment was renovated before we moved in so most of the appliances are new. The room is the larger of the two bedrooms in the apartment - we have lots of windows that overlook a tree-lined street. It's right next to Columbia's Medical campus and J Hood Wright Park.
