The building is full service, with 24-hour doormen and porters as well as a handyman. There is a large laundry room in the building. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful.

The location is fantastic: BPC is quiet and has a neighborhood feel, but it’s a short walk away from the Financial District, with access to most major subway lines. The 1 is fewer than 10 minutes away and the E is just over 10 minutes away. It usually takes about 20-25 minutes door-to-door to get to the office by subway and under 15 by bike. The R/W and 4/5/6 lines are also within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, Liberty Place is a short walk from the apartment with lots of great food and shopping, and when you leave the building, you step right out to the entrance to the running/bike path.

Our lease runs until October 31, 2020. The owners are also open to a new 12mo lease.

Pet friendly; can provide the apartment unfurnished for furnished for a small extra fee (or can sell the furniture). Furniture is less than 2 months old and all in excellent condition.
