This 1 bedroom apartment in Washington Heights is located within a 1 minute walk to the 1 train subway station. The apartment is on the top floor of a 4 floor walkup building.

Sublet will have full access to the apartment with the exception of a closet that will be used to store some of my stuff while I am away. The apartment includes: full-service kitchen with portable oven, 2 seater sofa, armchair, 40 inch TV with Netflix and (optionally) cable, TWC turbo wireless internet, dining table with 2-4 chairs, queen size bed with nighstand, 6-drawer dresser and two clothing racks.

The apartment is sunfilled and features 6 large windows throughout. Sun enters the bedroom in the morning and continues in the living room until early afternoon. The apartment features 2 large airconditioners as well as two building regulated heaters. As the apartment is in the corner and on the top floor, you only have neighbors on one side..neighbors are an old couple and there is rarely any noise coming from the building.

Rent includes internet but not utilities (ConEdison) or cable TV (optional). Landlord allows sublets only to prequalified applicants. Please expect minimum income requirements and decent credit history to be approved. Primary tenant will assist applicant in the sublet process. One month rent will be required as a refundable security deposit.
