My fiancée and I are purchasing an apartment and are looking for someone to take over the lease for our beautiful, sun-filled loft in April.

Our monthly rent is $3275, and the current lease expires on June 30th. You will have the option to re-sign for a new lease (effective July 1st) at a rent-stabilized rate. Very rare for luxury buildings in FiDi to be rent-stabilized!

The building also offers the following optional amenities at $70 per person/month: gym with Peloton bikes, rooftop terrace with grills and indoor lounge, study room, meeting room, movie room, billiards & poker room, golf simulator, and last but not lease an incredible TENANTS-ONLY SPEAKEASY. Since this speakeasy is "private", they are not allowed to profit from their sales; so the drinks are sold "at cost" (cost of alcohol + labor).
