If you are able to move in Novemeber 1, I am willing to negotiate the rent. The $1500 listed is already $150 off of the actual rent ($1650). I am looking for someone to move in ASAP. I found a great apartment with my friends and I want to move in November 1. I am sad to leave this apartment but I would love to live with friends. Available for viewings all weekend and Friday evening.
