Our apartment is available immediately; we are looking for someone to take over our lease until it ends on September 1, at which point you will be able to renew indefinitely. This process would be a NO FEE transaction. We love the area; our building is at the corner of Court St and Atlantic Ave, diagonally across from Trader Joes. From our 20' floor to ceiling windows, we have unobstructed views of Brooklyn that extend all the way to the East River and Verrazano bridge. We further can see both sunrises and sunsets. We will forever miss this view. The apartment further features a large private roof terrace accessible via your own spiral staircase.
