We are two friends who have been living in this apartment since August 1st, 2018. The apartment consists of a large living room with an attached kitchen. There are two spacious bedrooms and one shared bathroom. The apartment is on the 6th and top most floor of the building. Right above is the rooftop with an amazing view of the Manhattan skyline. Also great for having a small gathering, maybe a barbecue or just letting loose. The laundry room is in the basement of the building. The building has an elevator.

We had signed a 2 year lease when we moved into the apartment with the lease expiring on July 31st, 2020. However, this lease can be extended. Both my roommate and I found jobs in different cities and are looking to relocate. We plan to move out by Feb 29th, 2020. Note that once we move out, the apartment will be completely UNFURNISHED.

We are looking for two people who are willing to continue our lease for 5 months at the least ( March 1st, 2020 to July 31st, 2020). After this period, you will have the option of extending the lease.

The neighborhood is fantastic. We live right by Franklin ave. There's a nice sushi spot right at the end of our street called Sushi Tatsu. Just a little ahead and there's The Crabby Shack. You go 3 blocks up Franklin Ave and you will find this quaint, speak-easy cocktail bar called ST ENDS. A few other bars/restaurants to check out on the street include The Crown Inn, Chavela's, Cent'Anni, and Franklin Park! There are a couple of supermarkets Keyfoods and Gala Fresh that are a 10-min walk away.

A 5 min walk away are the A and C train stations. 2 min walk away on Bedford Ave are bus stops for the B49 and B65 buses.
