Rent is $3300- must make 40 times the rent to apply. Apartment features 800 sq feet, lots of natural light, 3 huge closets, separate dining and living area, bedroom is HUGE fits a king size set. Neighborhood is great! Live in super is a gem! Building has an elevator and is very well maintained. Lots of good restaurants and bars right on third ave! Trader Joes is a few blocks down! Only serious applicants inquire. No walls or pets allowed.
