Rent stabilized one bedroom apartment available 9/1 but dates are flexible. I am moving out of my beautiful apartment in Gramercy/Kips Bay (so sad to have to give it up) my current lease ends 1/31/18 so this would be a lease reassignment. If approved, you can obviously re-sign the lease when it is up. There is an application that needs to processed (fee $200) which will check credit score- only good standing credit applicants apply. Rent is $3300- must make 40 times the rent to apply. Apartment features 800 sq feet, lots of natural light, 3 huge closets, separate dining and living area, bedroom is HUGE fits a king size set. Neighborhood is great! Live in super is a gem! Building has an elevator and is very well maintained. Lots of good restaurants and bars right on third ave! Trader Joes is a few blocks down! Only serious applicants inquire. No walls or pets allowed.
