Property Details

This is a cozy second floor 1br apartment. The north facing bedroom can fit a queen sized bed + extra furniture and is constantly drenched with sunlight. The living room is small but there is definitely enough space to really enjoy (as you can see from my pics) and there are endless ways to decorate and use. The bathroom has a lovely soaking tub and the kitchen, though small, is totally functional. The neighborhood is friendly, safe and quiet, with so many cute restaurants, a great grocery store (Best Market) and my fave wine store (The Winery). In 10+ years of living in the city, this neighborhood has been my favorite by far. The local B/C trains are a 3-4 min walk away, express A/D are about 6-8 min away, and the 2/3 are about 6-8 as well. Central park is an easy walk as well.
