If you want to sublease my unit from January to April 30th, I can offer you a reduced rent at $2500 per month rent (originally $2865 per month). In addition, you also have the option to keep my furnitures.

Additional fee

In order to be approved from the landlord for subleasing, please provide the following documents:1. Two most recent bank statements from your primary checking and/or savings accounts.2. A copy of their photo ID.3. If employed, must provide two of the followings: Signed Employment Letter; PayStubs; The Work Number; W2.4. Students must provide an acceptance letter from the college/university and a current class schedule.

Other info

If you want to sign a new lease with the landlord (building management), it will be a one year (12 months) lease under the current market rate $2865 per month. You still have the option to keep my furnitures if you decide to take this unit.
