About lease:

Looking for someone to take over my lease, ideally starting in Feb 2020.

The lease will run until October 2020.

About roommate:

You will be sharing a 2 bed 1 bath with a couple, Lucie and Ray. They work for Vice. They will make themselves available to speak to you.

About building:

The building was built in 2017. It has a rooftop, a gym, coin-operated washers and dryers.

About the room:

We just moved in. There is plenty of space for you to bring your things.

The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are spacious.

The room in question can fit a queen. I installed some shelves which I will take with me. I have two clothing racks which I can leave with you since the room doesn't have a closet.

Small dogs are okay. I negotiated it in my contract. I have to visit the exact provision to see if there are any restrictions on weight.

About the neighborhood:

Close to L, J, M, G. I prefer J and M to L to go into Manhattan.

There are nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Win Son, Apollonia, Cafe Ora, 19 Cafe, Okonomi, Brooklyn Ball Factory to name a few.
