Laundry in the closet with front loading washer and dryer, room to store a few extra things above too. At the entry is a nice size coat closet, deep enough to store an umbrella basket. Large bathroom, we added an additional cabinet for more storage. There is builtin storage behind the door. Floors and finishes are all modern and clean. The apartment has amazing sun, even on a dull day, the apartment feels airy. The terrace currently is decorated with a large outdoor sofa, dining and two hammocks for hanging out and enjoying the beautiful weather.... There is an amenity fee of $750, which we may be able to transfer ours to you if management allows at no charge. This includes, roof top pool, movie theater, all lounge spaces with additional meeting rooms, chef kitchen, golf simulator, and state of the art gym, yoga room and cycling room. The staff is wonderful. There is onsite parking for $225 managed through iPark for regular size vehicles, oversize I believe has an additional $25 fee. Our lease ends June 12, 2020.
