About The Apt:
It's a true 3 bedroom apartment located on 13th Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue. The building is pre-war and ideally situated in the back of the building so it's very quiet. Amenities include:

The larger room has more space for furniture however the smaller room has been set up immaculately with lots of storage options. Both rooms are available from December 2nd as making the move out to Brookyln.

About The Area:
We are on the North side of the East Village, so less noise but there are still plenty of hot spots.
- Bars, restaurants, stores are all within a few blocks
- Starbucks across the street, Momofuku & Milk 1 block away
- A Trader Joe’s and Target close by
- Tons of subway access: 1 block from L train (2 minutes from Williamsburg), 4 blocks from Union Square (4,5,6,N,Q,R,L), 1 block from M15 Express Bus

About the Roommates:
You will share the apartment with one epic lady, early-thirties, who works in journalism and another recruit from this post! We are looking for two incredible women to move in and make it a home. The apartment has been occupied continuously for the last ~10 years by at least one tenant from the year before due to the wonderful people that have lived here. Socialising on weekends but don't bring the party home. Zero drama and very clean.

About You:
Hopefully you're someone that has a steady job and can pay rent on time. Almost as important, a normal, social person, who is respectful of others' space and cleans up after herself (looking for females). You will be subletting but will have the option of taking over the lease on June 1st if you like it! And yes, we are LGBT friendly.
