Looking for someone to take my spot in my apartment in the East Village on Avenue B. Ideally starting immediately but I am flexible with move in date ! You would also have the ability to join our lease in May.

The space itself comes with lots of storage and is big enough to fit a queen bed with ample space and possibly a king if you didn’t mind being a little cramped. The apartment has hardwood floors through out and a shared living space. The bedroom has a huge window and gets great light throughout the day. In addition we have roof access!

The neighborhood is ideal with tons of bars and restaurants near by. It’s a 2 minute walk from Key Foods and about a 12 minute walk from Trader Joe’s. In addition both the 2nd Ave and Essex Street stations are in walking distance.

You would be living with 2 other roommates one in her early 20s in PR and another in her early 30s in advertising, as well as a super chill cat.

Our landlord is super laid back and is just looking for a security deposit and proof of employment. If you are interested in setting up a time to see the place please let me know ! No couples or men sorry.

Incentives

I can leave my dresser if the next tenant is interested for free, as well as I am willing to front 1/2-3/4 of first months rent. Apartment is already furnished.
