This corner unit will exceed anyone's hope for a new, comfortable living space in a great part of town. The views are exquisite, the building facilities are top notch and the train access is literally the best in Brooklyn. The open feel, from the high ceilings and the view outside, creates a very inspiring work environment. I wouldn't leave but for the fact that I have to move abroad for work. I looked at every nearby building before making my selection and nothing came close to this. Luckily, the building is also rent-stabilized, so the price is still nearly what I got it for originally. The new tenant can remain here for as many years as they wish. I expect that there will be a decent amount of interest in this rare and superb unit. I would consider selling some furniture if the new tenant requires. Otherwise, I will happily store it. Adjustable king-size bed with head board and foot board, dresser, sofa & 1 1/2 (each convertible to high-quality pull-out beds, used as such only once,) coffee table, rugs, 56" OLED TV, etc.
