Just three blocks away is the 96th Street 2/3 express stop, and one block east is a shopping street with Whole Foods, Home Goods, TJ Maxx, Sephora, and many more stores. Central Park and the B/C stop is also another block past the shopping street. There are also several playgrounds close by.

We have *loved* living in our apartment and would stay here forever if not for the new commute. It is especially great for families with young children to grow into with the spacious living and dining rooms, and with a wonderful community of young families in the building.

Rent is $4350 and the apartment is available starting Dec 11 (date not negotiable). There is NO broker fee as we are breaking our lease and finding someone to take over the lease. The new lease would be a one year lease.

Must have good credit and salary 40 times the rent; management will not accept anything else.

No brokers fee. Happy to leave installed air conditioners for the new tenants. We also have a wine rack (not child safe) and TV stand that we will not be taking with us. Happy to leave those as well.
