Property Details

This is a master bedroom in a two bedroom apartment in the beautiful Clinton Hill neighborhood. I am looking to find a responsible, clean, and respectful roommate to sublet the room for July 1 - September 30 (dates can be negotiable), as I am relocating for work at the end of June.
The Room
The room is very spacious (about 10.5" x 11"). There is currently a queen size bed, a nightstand, dresser, and desk in the room. All of the furniture listed is the furniture that would come with the room, if you would like to keep it furnished. I also have an AC unit that fits in the window that you can use/keep after the sublet is finished. There is a large closet with ample storage. There are two windows that lookout over the backyard, one with a fire escape. There is always ample lighting that provides a nice energy in the room.
The Apartment
The apartment is on the second floor. It has one master bedroom, one smaller bedroom (where my roommate stays), a nice sized bathroom, and an open kitchen/living room space. The kitchen is quite large; my roommate and I love to cook and share food/recipes with each other. My roommate is a professional Japanese woman; she is very warm and friendly. She works in the arts, and usually works from home. We frequently will spend time in the living area, drinking beer or wine and discussing politics/culture/Game of Thrones/etc. My roommate does have a cat, but he is very shy and usually keeps to himself.

Additional fees

There will be a security deposit required. The price can be negotiated.
