Hi! I'm looking for a roommate to take the 2nd bedroom in my new apartment in Crown Heights. The building is a brand new luxury building with all the amenities :) Move in date is 6/1.

-2 Bathrooms! You basically get your own bathroom

-Central Air/Heat in Each Room

It's less then a mile to prospect park and a short walk to the 2&5 Winthrop trains. Also less than a mile from the A, C, 3, and 4 trains.

I'm a 25 year old working professional. I work that 9-5 life and have a pretty active social life so I'm not home 24/7. I'm a big nerd and a tv junkie (hello parks and rec marathons!). I love to cook and have a fully stocked kitchen for us to share :) Ideally I'd like a roommate who wants to be sociable, but I'm totally cool with someone who wants to keep to themselves. Anyone interested should be:
- capable of cleaning up after themselves!
-working with a steady income and good credit
-LBGTQ friendly
-respectful and drama-free

This is for a 6-12 month sublet. You should be willing to sign a subletter's agreement. The building does allow pets, but obviously we would need to discuss.
