We are looking for someone to take over our lease--the apartment is amazing, as you can tell in the photos (which are all current because I just took them!). We just need to unfortunately bounce!

Avoid a broker's fee by taking over our lease

Here are the details:

-Large living room, big enough to include a big dining table, large desk, couch, armchair, and more!
-Very large bedroom, able to fit a queen size bed, large dresser, and large armoire + bookcase
-Pet friendly building
-Dishwasher!
-Reliable washer/dryer combo unit (that works!)
-Large closets
-Kitchen that you can eat in
-4 min walk to the 168 A/C/1 stop
-7 min walk to Columbia Presbyterian and Columbia upper campus schools
-3 min walk to two grocery stores
-Great restaurants and bars around
-3 floor walk-up

Here is what would be required:

-We are looking for someone to move in ASAP, starting Sept 15th and up to Oct 1st.
-Depending on when you start, first month's rent and security deposit is needed
-Please have 40x rent (82k) salary and >700 credit score
-Again, you will be taking over our lease. This lease ends June 30th, with possible option to re-sign.
-You will have to be approved by management
