Property Details

We are currently looking for someone to move into our 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom apartment in Downtown Brooklyn. We have resided in the apartment for only four months and plan to for another 2 months. We have enjoyed the unit and the convenience of the area, but unfortunately have to move out as we have recently bought a home. We are polite, clean, and punctual. As such, the building management is looking for a replacement with similar qualities.

Building Profile. This is a brand-new luxury building with several incredible amenities, including:
Fitness Center (Still in Progress)
Bike Storage
Laundry in the building
Lounge area
Rooftop with fantastic views

The building does not have a doorman, but does have a live-in Super who responds promptly. The building is also Pet- Friendly.

Transportation: There are several available subway lines in the area, including the A/C/E/N/R/Q/2/3/4/5/G. Easy access to Lower Manhattan, Williamsburg, and other parts of Brooklyn

The Area: Around the building, there are actually a lot of things within a close proximity, including:

Target (around the block)

The Apartment: The apartment will be a 1 Bed / 1 Bath unit. The apartment has a large sized living area and kitchen with brand new stainless steel Bosch appliances. If you love to cook, by all means feel free. The living room has ample light as the unit is on a high floor.

Rent: The apartment rent will be $3235.77/month. In order to move in, you will simply pay the first month's rent and take over the lease. The lease runs until June 2020 w/ an option of renewal.
