Wonderful roommates, who all met through the apartment! You'd join three men and one woman, aged 26-32, working in community health, tech, and financial services. We are an easygoing group who likes to keep the place relaxed and clean. The place is perfect for watching movies together, hosting dinner parties, and rooftop socializing.

The bedroom is set off from the main common space, quiet, with a sunny window, and arched ceilings. Photos show room with queen bed, chair, bedside table, dresser, and two bookshelves. Good-sized closet.

Common spaces are already furnished, and black bed/dresser are available to remain in bedroom if preferred (see photos).

Monthly rent: $2700 plus utilities (variable by season). We have reduced our effective monthly rent in the past by airbnb-ing the place during holidays - happy to discuss with you.
