Hello - I am looking for someone to sublease my room from May 15- September 30 with the option to renew the lease. I am moving in with my boyfriend and have to part ways with the room. May's rent will be half due to the mid-month move in.

The apartment is located in a luxury 24 hour doorman building in the Financial District with great amenities including a free gym, lounge with pool tables, indoor pool, laundry, and 2 rooftop with amazing views! The room available can fit a queen bed along with plenty of furniture. There is a large closet in the room that has plenty of space to hang and store your clothes and shoes. Room is quiet at night and does not share any walls with other rooms or units. There is one shared bathroom and updated kitchen with full size appliances including a dishwasher. You control the heat and ac in your room. Room is setup for cable and internet, just bring your TV.

First month rent (which is only half of May!) and security deposit. Utilities run about $70 per month (cable $46, electric, gas). No application fee!

I am also selling my bed, bed-frame, and box-spring if interested.

Looking for a mid to late 20s working professional f.emale. The current roommates are two f.emales mid-twenty working professionals with normal work hours.

Location is 3 minutes walk to the Fulton subway station where you can access the 2/3, A/C, 4/5, and J/Z lines; R train is about 5 minutes away at Cortland Street. If you work in the Financial District you will be at most a 5 minute walk from the office; 10-15 minutes walking to City Hall, TriBeCa, and Battery Park as well.
