I am relocating from NY to LA for work. My apartment is avail for a lease takeover starting 10/1.

This spacious, bright alcove studio in the West Village is literally steps away from The Whitney, the Hudson, a citibike station and so much more incredible food & nightlife. 5 min walk from the ACE/L trains and 10 min walk from 1,2,3 trains. The building is very well maintained by Rockrose Management company.

There is a large kitchen, full refrigerator/dishwasher, plenty of closet space, and a feeling of separateness from the living room & sleeping area.

THE SPACE

I've lived in the neighborhood for 3 years and absolutely love it. I’ve been in this apartment/building for 6 months and am so sad to be leaving it prematurely! I’m moving for work to LA and the leasing company is completely on board with finding a new tenant to take over the lease from 10/1 through 3/31/20 (with the option to renew of course).

I leased the large L shaped sofa, Queen sized bed frame and round dining table from Feather. There’s an option to takeover the lease for that as well. I’m also open to selling everything else like lamps, TV + sound bar, dresser, mirror and bar cart. Let me know if you’d be interested in that. This apt could very well be fully furnished if you’d like!

You have access to the entire building, including finished rooftop, laundry & gym (w/ 2 peloton bikes!) in the basement
