What’s the deal?
We are looking for a new roommate to join us in our comfy 2-bathroom 6-bedroom Tribeca apartment starting Oct 1. The bedroom is $1385/month, utilities not included but they usually come out to ~$50. The living room and dining area come furnished, the bedroom comes unfurnished except for shelves. The apartment has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, heat, and AC. The lease renews on July 1st 2020.

Where is this place?
Located perfectly between the Brooklyn Bridge and the Hudson, this 5 floor apartment building is surrounded by just about everything you’d need - a 10 minute walk to Whole Foods and Target, a Duane Reade on the corner, and a Chipotle down the street. A 15 minute walk to SoHo, and a 10 minute walk to the Freedom Tower. Extremely commuter friendly area, conveniently located right near the NQRW, ACE, 123, and 465 trains.

Who are we?
Just a group of 20 somethings looking for relaxed and reliable roommate.

We are a chill, friendly group who loves a good hang out sesh but doesn’t always like to bring the party back home. Unless it’s our annual Christmas party, in which case, invite everyone you’ve ever met.
