My wife and I are subletting our 1 Bedroom apartment on the Upper West Side, beginning May 24th, 2017 (date flexible) and ending on January 20th, 2018, for $2150/month. The apartment is conveniently located between Amsterdam and West End Avenues and is within walking distance of Central Park, Lincoln Center, Columbus Circle and Juilliard, just to name a few. In addition, there is a wide array of restaurants, bars, bookstores, music stores, cinemas, pharmacies and supermarkets just steps away. You also won't have to worry about transportation as the 1 train is located only one block from the complex, along with several bus lines. Also featured: washer and dryer units in the building, 24/7 security (package claim), a gym, and a fantastic courtyard.
