The central and convenient neighborhood offers every possible amenity and convenience (shoe repairs, pharmacies, hair and nail salons, food shopping, etc.). Bloomingdales is two blocks away. This is the most convenient Upper East Side location, close to everything. Traveling out of the City is incredibly convenient from the house. The 59th Street Bridge is a few blocks from the house. There is an FDR exit on 63rd and York Avenue. There are several subway train lines 1 and 2 blocks away.
