Looking for someone to take over my lease in a newly renovated big Studio apartment with 1 bathroom starting September 1st. The lease goes until April 30, 2020. AS AN INCENTIVE FOR YOU, I CAN PAY $2000 TOWARDS THE 1st MONTH'S RENT AND COVER THE ENTIRE LEASE TAKE-OVER FEE (price up for negotiation, and to avoid scams, I will make both payments to the management office directly, and you will be responsible for paying the office the remaining portion). Monthly rent is $2500 and you will also need to submit $2500 as the security deposit to the management office before moving in. The apt is very big and spacious for a studio, at 559 Sq.Ft. The building comes with a 24-hr doorman, elevator, and access to a terrace garden with bbq pits and relaxing chairs facing the gorgeous Manhattan downtown skyline. The apt itself has beautiful views of midtown Manhattan, including a direct view of the Empire State Building! Laundry is conveniently located in the building. Studio is within walking distance to several restaurants, coffee shops (including Starbucks), Target, Staples, Best Buy, Home Depot, Duane Reade, Morton Williams (a grocery store), ShopRite, BJs, UPS, nail salon and a shopping mall with a movie theater. A fully equipped gym with a swimming pool is directly across from the building. The commute to midtown Manhattan is 20 mins by the Path trains and 15 mins to downtown Manhattan/World Trade Center on weekdays. Overall, this community is an extremely clean and quiet residential community, and offers a very relaxing experience from the hustle-bustle and the fast pace of New York City. I can leave behind existing furniture at the time of moving-in in the apartment for a very small cost, if you like. I'm looking to finalize this by August 24th, so please get in touch ASAP if you're interested in this. ALL payments (yours and mine) will be made with the Management Office DIRECTLY, to avoid scams, and we will meet directly at or around the management office. The office will run your background and credit score checks before we sign the lease takeover forms and hand in our payments. Note that this is NOT a sublet; after the takeover, you will be the leaseholder. There is no brokerage fee for this apartment if you contact me directly (if you find this apartment through a broker, you are responsible for any brokerage fee).
