Our current rent is 3310, but it's listed at 3260, so a new lease may cost less.
One bedroom, one bath, Nice stainless steel appliances, dishwasher. The building has a gym, elevators and is very pet friendly. Bedroom fits a queen size bed, and possibly a drhesser. There are other apt openings in the building so transferring is an option. Must pass a credit check so please only serious tenants. This listing may change in two weeks as we will have to give our notice. As of now a 12 month lease after this would be possible but not for long! But the price would likely move up.
