Additional Costs:

All of our units come fully furnished with extra sets of sheets and towels, complete sets of kitchen items and more. Upon move in, all of our client's receive an inventory list of what soft items come included in the unit. Also, we have a welcome packet in the apartment when you move in which includes WiFi info, apartment phone number, building information, myself and my company information.

The building, Executive Plaza, is located at 150 west 51st street and is a 24 hour doorman and concierge building and features a fitness center, rooftop deck, and laundry room. There is also a dry cleaners service in the lobby of the building which also does wash-and-fold laundry to accommodate clients.




Utilities - $300
package includes: high speed WiFi, high definition cable television (Showtime & The Movie Channel included free of charge), nationwide telephone service and electricity.
Electricity is capped at $125/month.
Overages above $125 are billed to the tenant




Maid Service is optional and offered: 1x/month: $120, 2x/month: $195, 4x/month: $350


One Time Fees:

Processing Application Fee $250

Final Move Out Cleaning $195

Security Deposit - 1/2 Month - 1 Month Depending on Lease Term

Broker Fee - 1/2 Month Fee on 1-2 Month Leases | 1 Month on 3-6 Month Lease | 15% on 7+ Months.
