The Hub is the tallest high rise building in Brooklyn, located in between downtown Brooklyn and Fort Greene. We have a corner apartment which has spectacular views and light - 10 ft ceilings, floor to ceiling windows looking North and West - view of Staten Island, New Jersey, NY Harbor, Downtown Brooklyn, up the East river with a wide view of Manhattan, LIC, etc. Brand new apartment, my husband and I are the only people to live in; we have been renters here for nearly two years. All new appliances - and a washer and dryer. Very nice storage in kitchen, etc. Everything is new and works perfectly. There i a wonderful indoor swimming pool, big garden, BBQs, outdoor seating etc - at a cost of $75 per month in addition to the rent.

I am looking for someone to take over the last two months of my lease and they can then continue on with a new 12 month lease - they will have to go through the normal application process which has a $75. fee. I put the rental requirement details into "other info". There is a one month security deposit as well. This is a rent controlled building so when we move out, the next lease has the possibility of going up in monthly rent from 1 - 2.5%; I am waiting for the management company to tell me the exact rent rise.

We require that applicants make a combined base salary of 40x the monthly rent annually to qualify for an apartment on their own. If applicants do not make a verifiable total of 40x the monthly rent annually, they can use a US guarantor who will need to show 80x the monthly rent annually, and will need to also provide the documents listed below along with a completed 'Guarantor' application ($125 per guarantor). The paperwork we need from you if you decide on Hub is listed below. Documents should be emailed as PDF attachments. There is an online application process.

Proof of income consisting of one of the following:
*Employment letter on company letterhead stating job title, salary, length of employment and bonuses (if any). This must be signed by a supervisor or someone in HR and recently dated or an offer letter that has been recently issued, OR
Two most recent paystubs (needs to be consecutive stubs)
*Note on proof of income: If your employer uses an automated verification system such as 'The Work Number,' they must obtain the receipt from this service yourself and provide it to On-Site. Such services may impose an additional fee.
If you or your guarantor (if need be) is self-employed, owns a business, is a partner, shareholder, etc., we will need the first two pages of 2017 and 2018 personal tax returns.
