We are looking to move out of our two bed; one bath apartment at the end of June. We are looking for someone to take over our lease until at least May 2020 with option to sign a full year lease.

Room 2 (Living Room Photos) 7.5 × 12 ft (Queen Size bed is 5 × 6.6 ft)
Living/Kitchen Space: 9.8 × 11.10 ft (measured from cabinets to wall and from window to door)
The island in the current space was purchased by the current tenants and able to move. The tenants are willing to leave the island if the future tenants would like it.

Our lease ends May 2020 but the landlord would be willing to push it to July 2020 or simply renew in May.
