One of our roommates is moving out, so we will have one bedroom available in our apartment starting July 1st. It is a beautiful and very large 4 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment located in Downtown Hoboken. The available room has a private bathroom!

We are looking for a roommate to move in 7/1

Our apartment is located at 77 Park Ave - beautiful modern building! There are tons of great bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. 5 minute walk from the PATH.

The bedroom available is very large, and comfortably fits a queen bed with a lot of additional furniture. The living room and kitchen are both fully furnished and are very large spaces with incredible views of the NYC skyline!

Our apartment is very safe and in an elevator building with a front desk concierge.

The apartment also has:

• Cable/Internet with extra channels

• Substantial closet space

• Laundry available in the building

•Gym in the building

•Large outdoor patio with grills on 3rd floor

•In-garage parking available for additional fee

Our landlord and management company are wonderful, and any repairs/maintenance requests are always made promptly.

About us:

We are 3 guys aged 26-34 who work in NYC/NYC suburbs. We are fun, easy going, normal, and respectful. During the week we tend to stay in and unwind with things like going to the gym, tv, etc. We like to go out on the weekends in Hoboken and the city, and during the week for the occasional happy hour, but usually do not bring the party home.
