Just signed a one year lease in July. I will be moving out of NYC for a new job. I am looking for someone to take over the remaining obligation or to restart the term with my current roommate effective August.

This apartment is quite large for the price point. Total rent is $3,000 split between two; hence the pricing provided at $1,500 in the listing. It is located on the first floor (no flights of stairs) and it is duplex. Your bedroom is at ground level and you have your own 1/2 bath. As for the commute, the 72st Broadway stop is a short walk. There you can jump onto the 1,2 or 3 train.

My roomate is a professional. Currently enrolled in Columbia's Executive MBA and therefore would prefer friday's are low key. Otherwise you wont find a more relaxed living situation.
