Christian household with single mom (yoga teacher / social worker), considerate teen and 35-year old (domestic worker / nursing student) seeks female. Small kitchen in basement with microwave. Room has mini-fridge, full-size closet, large dresser, custom shelving throughout, patio doors to quiet back of building. Internet and electricity, extra. No A/C in room, must be okay with fans only. The half-subterranean apartment stays naturally cool in summer. Looking for a clean, quiet and kind person who follows rules, and knows how to communicate needs with others in mind. Incentives

$100 discount for anyone moving in July 1 for the whole month. One month security deposit is required as well as the last month's rent if staying two or more months on a month to month basis. Partial month requests are $90 per night with a two-week minimum and require a refundable 1-month security deposit $1425. All applicants must love our feisty little black cat. Guests are not permitted to have guests in the apartment. Residents use the apartment occasionally for entertaining. We are a tight-knit household that thrives on communication. Apply if you like people and are not critical, presumptions, or mean, you can understand the need to work for smooth relationships. Additional fee

The application fee is $25 cash or Cashapp to avoid wasted time so ask me as many questions as you want once I respond. At your initial contact, just tell me about yourself, your references, and why you would be a good fit. Job or school verification and two personal phone / email references, bank account information will be required as well as the two most recent pay stubs. Because there is a child in the home, a background check will be charged on the application. After an approved application, a contract / agreement and deposit gets you the key.

I would prefer someone without pets. However, we are all fine with a dog or a cat it just needs to be tested out first since our cat is territorial. There is a double bed with frame and headboard, euro-shams, bed skirt, amenities like iron, board, blow-dryer, heater, fan. Overhead, table, and floor lamp. Table and chair are also included in the room. Extra pillows, towels and blankets as needed.
