Reluctantly moving out of a beautiful studio in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. The location: Minutes away from Bryant Park, Madison Sqaure Park, Grand Central Station, Times Square, Penn Station -- and centrally situated near the BDFM, NQRW, 7 lines. The studio: plenty of light, feels spacious, optimized for comfort, sectioned-off kitchen, lots of closet space, and great water pressure on the showers. Have not had any issues with this place since I've moving in (almost 2 years). The building: great amenities, a rooftop that has private concerts in the summer, a gym, lounge, work/library area, outdoor padio. And the staff are amazing!

All furniture is purchased brand new in 2018 and still in great condition - happy to discuss anything you'd like to buy from my other than the bedframe and mattress.
