We will be vacating the apartment in mid-August so it is possible for you to move in prior to the first of September if desired.

Note that this is a lease assignment, not a sublet, so you will be assigned our lease directly from the landlord. The current lease ends October 31, 2014 and the landlord has indicated that it can be renewed with them as normal after that.
