Each applicant/guarantor must provide the following documents in order to secure the apartment:
• Copy of Photo ID
• Completed application (including signed credit check authorization)
• Last 2 months of complete bank statements
• Previous Landlord Reference letter, dated and signed with contact info provided
• Employment Letter stating position, length of employment and salary (including any bonuses), must be on company letterhead, dated and signed
• Last 2 paystubs
