 Copy of government issued photo IDs
 Filled out and signed Authorization form to Release Records
 2 most recent pays-tubs OR 2 most recent years of tax returns if self-employed (yearly compensation or AGI must be 40X the monthly gross rent or 80X in case of a guarantor)
 Most recent complete bank statement

Once approved, you will need to sign a hard-copy of assignment documents and return to the leasing office. Then the place is yours!
