I am looking for someone to take over my lease because I am relocating for work starting 1 July 2019 - 29 February 2020. You will be sharing the apartment with a 34 year old, female professional, who works 9-5.

This is a lovely apartment in Crown Heights, with high ceilings, large kitchen (for NYC standards) with dishwasher!

The apartment is mostly furnished with West Elm and the available bedroom can come partially furnished or unfurnished.

Laundry: there is no laundry in the unit, but there is a 24 hour laundromat across the road.

Subways: The apartment is a 4 minute walk to the 4,5, and 2,3 lines and there is also a cute train shuttle which runs from Prospect Park and connects to the Q, and A,C lines.

Utilities / Bills: Heat and hot water are included. The remaining utilities come to around $70/month.

The room can come partially furnished if you like.

Additional fees

You will need to provide a letter of employment, tax returns, references and credit score.
