The apartment has an exceptional light in the living room and kitchen because of the big windows from where you can enjoy the Manhattan views.
Walk-in closet in the bedroom.
The building has its own gym, kids playroom, terrace and an option to use an additional gym in the nearby Avalon building one block away. You can also use the pool and other amenities there as well.
We love the apartment but we are moving to Europe that is the reason for our add.
We have furniture and are willing to leave it in the apartment for a small price.
