It's 1 bedroom of a 2 bedroom apartment in a luxury building in Bedstuy/ Clinton Hill. The building is located one block from the G train, and 8 blocks to the A and C trains. It takes 25 minutes to get to Soho. The building offers many amenities such as laundry, gym, bike storage, movie screening room, lounge and common roof deck with furniture. Private parking lot attached to the building, however there is a fee to acquire a spot.

Other info

I will not be in the apartment during this time, but my roommate (a doctor) is home in the evenings. I do request that you respect her privacy and as a doctor she has a hectic work schedule so I would ask that you are considerate in terms of noise between the hours of 10pm and 7am.
