Property Details

I am looking for a professional female to take over the remainder of my lease from May 1 to July 31, with the possibility to renew for a 12 month lease August 1.

This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment, which I’ve been living in for almost two years now. Because I have a dog, I took over what is technically the living room with a curtain as a door since it’s the largest space (fire safety disallows me from having an actual door). However, the other bedroom is what we use for visitors and storage. So basically, you could sleep in the bedroom and have the living room as your own space, since my current roommate keeps to herself in her room and does not/will not use either of those. You can really get creative with all this!

The apartment is a two bedroom on a quiet street across from the most beautiful church in the area. It is on the second floor and gets lots of natural light. No laundry in the building, but there is a laundromat around the corner that is self-service and also drop off. There are some really cool bars/restaurants on that street as well, like Stella & Fry (my new fav) and Conmigo (great for margs). My room will not come furnished unfortunately. This apartment is in great walking distance to so much- Whole Foods, Ulta, Vietnaam, The Penrose, etc.

Central park is a short 15 minute walk west and Carl Schurz Park (my personal favorite) is to the east along the East River. The sunsets along the river in the summertime are amazing and everyone is out picnicking. The park also hosts movie night in the summertime. It’s a really family friendly and quiet area, but it also has it’s share of really great bars and restaurants.

Whole Foods on 88th & 3rd

What we need from you:
We need a working female professional and you would need to submit an application to our management, which I will reimburse you the fees associated with that. They require 1st months rent and security deposit as this is not a sublet since I will not be returning.
