We love this apartment so much and are sad to leave as being relocated for my job. It's listed as a 2br/2ba, but there's a third room with French doors that's perfect for an office/studio or small bedroom. The apartment has high ceilings, a renovated kitchen and bathrooms, tons of natural light and hardwood floors throughout. There's a long entryway/foyer so you never hear noise from the hallway or other apartments. Oh my gosh, and the closet space! We have 3 huge closets: 1 in the foyer and 2 in the hallway that are enormous. There's a dishwasher, 2-range stove top and convection oven/microwave in the kitchen and the washer/dryer is only 2 floors up. I also love our doormen (so sweet!) and we're right near the 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, J and Z subways. You can basically get anywhere (even Brooklyn or the PATH) in a hurry. It's the perfect location near the Seaport, Stone Street, etc. We have 3 grocery stores down the street to choose from as well. The gym is super nice, so is the lounge upstairs and pet-friendly. What more could you ask for? Like I said, this is a gem and I wish we didn't have to leave. (Wah.)

The landlord would consider a new 12 month lease. Pets are welcome. There's no need to build walls. Permanent walls are up. It's a beautiful apartment. Hate to leave.
