Large one bedroom apartment located in the heart of the Lower East Side neighborhood. Tons of light with windows in every room, large bedroom with a full closet and space for a queen sized bed, dresser, and night stand. Good sized living room and kitchen, updated bathroom. The unit faces the back of the building so it's pretty quiet for being in the middle of a busy neighborhood. The apartment itself is really nice, and a much better deal for the amount of space and additions compared to other apartments in the neighborhood. The apartment is located around the corner from the Essex M/J/F train, which makes it very convenient to get uptown and to Brooklyn.
I'm looking for someone to take over the lease and sign a new 12 month lease with the landlord starting either June 15 or July 1. This is a great and much easier way bypass the rough NYC apartment hunt.
