My roommate and I (high school teacher and public defense lawyer) need to move out sooner than our lease is up and our landlord is allowing us to sublet the apartment through August 31st, with the possibility to renew. Entire apartment will be available May 15th (flexible if needed) and we’re open to leaving some of the furniture if there is interest!

It’s been a great apartment for our busy lives and we’ve loved having a private outdoor space to take in the beautiful weather :) Laundry is one flight down and affordable, no stairs for move-in/move-out. All kitchen appliances and bathroom work great - water pressure especially. Easy to keep clean and allow for each roommate to spend time together and privacy apart when needed.

We’ve included pictures of it with furniture now and from the original listing, walls are painted white and trim is gray - not green as in the pictures. Easy going management company who responds quickly to any maintenance requests. Rent is $2400 per month.
