The Apartment:
Recently renovated Bushwick apartment with roof access. The apartment is on the first floor with a private basement and backyard/patio. Private washer and dryer on the basement floor. We have three loving animals - 2 dogs and one cat that mostly stay in their respective spaces.

The Room:
The room is on the first floor, unfurnished with a spacious closet. It is available 4/1 and we are looking for someone to finish our lease for the next 4 months through August 31, with potential option to renew the lease for the year.

The room is $1025/month plus an estimated $120 for utilities (gas, electric and WiFi) with a sublease signed. Security deposit ($1025) + first month due at signing.

The Building:
We are within walking distance to the J/M train (Myrtle-Broadway station) and L train (Morgan Av station). Other amenities within a 5 minute walk are a 24 hour grocery store, Maria Hernandez park, multiple bodegas, and various bars/restaurants.

What we’re looking for:
The perfect roommate is clean, professional and employed full-time. He/she is organized within common spaces, communicates well, and loves dogs and cats.

Who we are:
We are two guys and one girl in our late 20s, who sometimes hang out and enjoy the occasional cook out in the summer. We do party but try to keep festivities out of the house for the most part.
