Sunny 1 bedroom, could be rented as a 2 bedroom, in a lovely part of Williamsburg close to the J,M,Z,G and L trains.

I'm going to New Zealand for 3 months and am looking for someone to rent out my apartment. It is a spacious 1 bedroom (12.5 x 13.5 living room; 12.5 x 10.5 bedroom), but could also be rented as a 2 bedroom (up to you how you want to split the rent fairly) as the living room has a lockable door completely separate from kitchen and bath; and the sofa sectional has a pull out queen bed.


I have recently renovated the kitchen and living room including new wood floors, high end stainless steel appliances, caesarstone counters. Full wall of closet in the bedroom. Washer/dryer combo unit in apartment.


The dates listed are the dates of my trip, but if absolutely necessary I could be flexible with move-in or move-out.
I love this apartment - it is light and airy and cosy and spacious with tons of storage space.
