Apartment features a spacious living room and separate kitchen. Bedroom can fit a queen sized bed, gets plenty of sunlight, and has a closet in addition to a spacious central closet shared with roommate.

Apartment is shared with a super sweet woman in her late 20s. She is respectful, tidy, friendly, and never brings the party home.

Incentives

New tenant must move in by August 1, but can be flexible about move-in date within July timeframe

Willing to sell some of furniture in the room for a steeply reduced price.

Additional fee

New tenant will need to pay a security deposit of 1,400. Landlord will also require a letter of employment, most recent tax returns, and 2 most recent pay stubs.
